It's easy to understand why. With Oli Brown of RavenEye fame centre
stage showcasing his vocal and guitar abilities, he is partnered with Sam
Wood, who seems destined to become a guitar hero of the modern era. Best
known for his starring role in Wayward Sons, he has recently completed a
guest appearance on tour with Black Star Riders and now here, his talent is
remarkable and they make for quite the pair, and this is a group very much to
              keep an eye on.
The 100 Club first opened its doors in 1942 and, when you walk through
that aforementioned small door on Oxford Street and down some stairs, taking
you underneath the West End, you'd be forgiven for thinking you'd walked
through a time portal as well. Given the decor has remained unchanged since
the 1970s, once inside, you certainly feel like you've gone back in time and
that is why it is so appropriate that The Answer have chosen this venue for
their first London show since 2017.
As they make their way through the sell-out crowd to the stage, as the
backstage area isn't behind the stage here, the atmosphere immediately hits
fever pitch, and, when they roar into 'Keep Believin’' from their celebrated
debut album 'Rise', you'd immediately be forgiven for thinking it is 2017, or
even 2006, again, because these guys have not lost a step in the slightest.
