n October, London-based cross-genre punk band Millie Manders and The Shutup
Ireleased a new single, ‘Shut Your Mouth’ – but that is one thing that you won’t want

frontwoman Millie, or her band (comprised of Joe Quigley on guitar, Georgina Boreham
on bass and Pete Wright on drums), to do. Not only do they sound fantastic live, but
they also have a lot to say when it comes to world events and life in general. Millie is a
vocalist, songwriter and musician who is not only intelligent, but compassionate too.
She speaks up against the cruelty and wrongs in the world, and is using her music to
make a difference.
