strike a balance between the two. From their inception,
Canadian-born band Monster Truck have sought to be

here for a good time and few who listen to their music
or see their live performances will not be rewarded
with a smile on their faces, but as the band approach
their tenth anniversary with third album ‘True Rock-
ers’, they are now focused on being here for the long
haul as well. Not that this means they won’t be bring-
ing the good times along the way as guitarist Jeremy
Widerman reveals to Black Velvet. Here we chat about

their original formation, both their and the world’s evo-
lution, as well as loneliness, fatherhood and more.
