t the end of October, The Answer unleashed their sixth studio album, ‘Solas’. Released via Na-
Apalm Records, it is a record that for a small moment in time may not have ever happened. After
winding up the tour promoting their previous album, ‘Raise A Little Hell’, the band’s frontman Cormac
Neeson found himself questioning whether the band should continue. The Answer, no pun intended, of
course, was yes. Now Cormac, Paul Mahon, Micky Waters and James Heatley are back with their
most impressive work to date. They’ve just wrapped up a co-headline tour with The Dead Daisies where
we caught up with Cormac to chat about big dreams, hard times and unholy gospel brunches.
