Our visit there cost only £3.50
and it is well worth the price. We
were a little worried when we visited
                 the Bodafon Farm Park Facebook
page recently, as we discovered that
the Farm Park was closing down -
but, after a little digging, it seems that
the lease was over for the owner of
the farm. After checking with The
Owls Trust, we discovered that they
are staying at the farm and are still
open to visit. If you’re ever in Llan-
dudno, or anywhere local, we defi-
                 nitely recommend visiting. You’ll
have a fabulous time, and the entry
cost will go towards looking after the
                 owls.

                      ALDI VEGAN TRUFFLES

Last year, we discovered some amazing vegan
truffles in Aldi in the run up to Christmas, and, this
year, they’re back again (albeit with a slight name
change). With updated packaging, the Specially Se-
lected Truffles come in two varieties - Caramelised
Biscuit Truffles and Salted Caramel Truffles. Both
taste absolutely divine. You would not realise they
were vegan, if it didn’t say on the packaging. Made
using Fairtrade cocoa, they taste creamy, yummy and
very, very moreish. They cost £3.99 for a box, which
is well worth it. You get an ample amount in a box, al-
though, rest assured, they won’t last long! They make
a great present for others or a treat for yourself. We
could not resist buying five boxes when we spotted
them. Grab them while you can, before they sell out.

                                                                                                  CAUSE FOR APPLAUSE
