Chrissy talks about Against The Current becoming an independent band
again, as the band parted ways with Fueled By Ramen in 2022. ‘that won’t
save us’ glistens, while ‘Almost Forgot’ and ‘Chasing Ghosts’ see drummer
Will pick up an acoustic guitar and come to the front of the stage for a change.
Chrissy tells the crowd that apparently there’s a fire alarm going off, although
nothing is on fire, so they continue playing, and go straight into an encore con-
sisting of ‘Legends Never Die’ and ‘weapon’, rather than going off stage.
Tonight, Against The Current are on fire, and we hope this hot unit continues
to blaze on for a long time to come.
