Rock And Roll Roadmaps
Rock And Roll Roadmaps
Interested in the history of rock and landmarks connected with either your own favourite bands or well-known rock and roll leg-
ends? Then take a look at RockandRollRoadmap.com, a website that lists the places that musicians have played at, stayed in, where
they lived and where they died. There’s everyone from Black Sabbath to The Ramones, Bob Dylan to Tom Petty. You can find out
where they went to school, the restaurants and bars they frequented, the location of illustrious musical instrument stores and even
album cover spots. We got in touch with Rock and Roll Road Maps’ website owner to find out more.

Eatin’ Ain’t Cheatin’ LIVERPOOL
VEGGIE REPUBLIC
Visiting different cities for gigs gives us the excuse to check out some of the vegan restaurants in
different parts of the world. During the Bon Jovi tour, we went to vegan diners in Liverpool, Tallinn,
Moscow, Bucharest, Tel Aviv and more. One of our faves was Veggie Republic in Liverpool, which was
about 4 minutes walk from our hotel. They made the tastiest deep crust vegan pizza with vegan cheese
(you can choose from a standard Margherita Pizza to a Big Mac Pizza, a ‘Meat’ & Chillies Pizza, Feta
Pizza, Gyro Pizza and more) as well as a whole array of comfort food such as vegan fish and chips, a
Mac Daddy Burger, vegan lasagne, vegan Philly cheesesteaks, chilli hotdogs, noodles, Raw Pad Thai
and if you’re itching for something a bit healthier, a variety of salads too. Oh, and vegan Scotch eggs!
Veggie Republic is really showing what an amazing range of cruelty-free food is out there. They have
nice prices too. If only we lived a little nearer to Liverpool we’d be there every week. You can find them
at 16 Cook Street, Liverpool, L2 9RF and visit www.facebook.com/veggierepublicliverpool for more de-
tails.
