There’s a call for a medic from
someone in the audience during the
second show. A fan is on the ground,
so the show is stopped until there is
help. Jon and the rest of the audience
patiently wait. Jon jokes, “If I have to
do mouth to mouth...” He even takes
the time to sign a few autographs.
When the show gets going again,
he talks about aiming to be “the best
‘you’ you can be”.
The £10 show is worth its weight
in gold. Hearing Jon talk in the small
nightclub, although larger than initially
expected, as well as hearing three
songs from the album before its re-
lease date was sheer pleasure and
we were blessed to have been there.
