Releasing their new album, 'Halo Effect', Kris Barras Band catapulted straight into the UK charts at No.5. The follow-up to 2022’s ’Death Valley Paradise’ saw the four-piece, fronted by former MMA fighter Kris Barras and also featuring Josiah J. Manning, Frazer Kerslake and Billy Hammett, sign a new record deal with Earache Records, before kicking off the release with a string of UK tour dates and in-store appearances. The 11-track release is packed with arena-sized melodies, electrifying riffs and hooks that will pull you along for the ride, while, lyrically, the subject matter ranges from mental health, toxic relationships, to being judged and looked down upon. ‘Unbreakable' , in particular, sees Kris singing how he’s ‘risen from the dead’ – and, like a phoenix, he is now spreading his wings and about to soar higher than ever before.
