BLACK STONE CHERRY

When Black Stone Cherry released 'Kentucky' in 2016, we met up with drummer John Fred Young in Birmingham for a chat backstage before their headline show at Birmingham Arena. After discussing the album (you can read the full interview in issue 88 of Black Velvet) we ventured into topics such as the state of the world, being rescued, learning new habits and randomly ended up talking about food! John Fred is a very interesting person - and we hope you enjoy the interview as much as we did..
