In May, Swindon four-piece All Ears Avow released their new single, 'Bird On A Wire', and it instantly caught out attention, not just for its banging tune, but also, because of its impactful lyrics and song meaning. But it's not the first time we've been impressed by the quartet, fronted by Claire Sutton on vocals and guitars, and also featuring Jake Willcock on guitar, Joe Bishop on bass, and Sean Ivens on drums. They've been a band for over a decade, releasing their debut album, 'Get In The Game', back in 2015, and, more recently, 'Feel The Push' in 2022. We felt the urge to get in touch to find out more, and chatted to frontwoman Claire about the state of the world, having a career in music, and how family and friendships are everything.
